At VEILED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, offering a 30-day window for returns on all eligible modest fashion items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, with original tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
